I had paid my deposit on last year Oct, till now i havent get house key, loan approved & monthly payment started with my bank on July, theissue with developer - WCT, dragging too long & moreover the closed their HQ- PJ office & work from home. Documents / Agreement havent handover to my lawyer.
Currently im renting, i had inform my owner that i will moved by July...they had find new tenant & request me to move.
Question: Can i get compensation from WCT / Seller for the delay ?? as i need to pay my current rental & new home monthly payment ?
