I had signed S&P agreement for my property last year 21/12/17 and bank loan offer letter on the 10/12/17. Upon signed the offer letter i have paid 10% of house purchase price to the vendor. Later the legal staff told me the vendor's house title is still under developers name, so they need to change the name to the vendor's name. The legal staff told it will take 3 months to change the title to vendor's name. Mid of April this month the staff the staff told the vendor's still not yet settle his outstanding bills so they couldn't not carry on the task. Two days back i have contacted the legal officer, and the staff inform me that the vendor is disappeared and cannot contact. Im worrying now. What i should do. Legal fee is settled. The loan money is still hanging. My side all clear. What i should do? The law firm is going to send the notice to vendor. Please advise. Thanks.
