I had sold a house S&PA have been signed by both buyer and seller. Buyer also confirmed loan has been released by bank to the buyer appointed lawyer firm. But after waiting for 4months, I still have not receive the money from the buyer lawyer . anything I can do to speed up the buyer lawyer firm to release the money to me ? please advise
