I have a 200-300k budget to invest in a property. Ideally I'd like to buy something new on West coast. What up-and-coming areas would you all recommend? I've been looking at Cyberjaya Central/North (for MRT potential), Klang and Aspen Vision City, Batu Kawan. What are your thoughts on these areas and do you have other recommendations? Long-term investment is my priority, renting out to tenants/AirBNB would be a bonus.
