I have a condominium purchase in year 2014 and under joint name between me and my girl friend. Now the developer sent in letter to inform the Strata title is ready and I'm suppose to find a lawyer to execute the Perfection of Transfer.
My question: Would it be possible to transfer of strata tile to only 1 name - my name in stead of joint name?
Or I would need to alter the name in the S&P & refinance the loan first to my name, then only execute the Perfection of Transfer to my name?
Please advise.
