I have a corner lot without land leasehold double storey link in Taman Cheras Indah 20 x 65 ft. Partly renovated. Leasehold expiring in 2083. What is the current market value?

Raymond,
There were only a few similar sized houses sold in the year 2010 at RM248k, RM250k, RM300k, RM385k and RM430k.
