I have a property in Belvedere Condo Bukit Tunku KL which is renewing the leasehold of 62 years back to 99 years. Also we are refurbishing the property common area. Now it is about Rm600psf. After the renewal of lease and refurbishment, an estimate of how much in psf will it acheive? I also want to sell my property can any agent assist? shall i hold or keep till prices rise?
