I have a property with my brother and his name was on the property but all the housing loan was loaned under my name alone. Now I have the intention to sell the property but he is demanding 50% of the share. Is there any way I can refuse this proceed portion and lowered it to 10 or 20% since he has only paid for part of the deposit?
