I have a question regarding the ownership of a house. If my wife pays the downpayment and lawyers fee and entire onset of the house. At the same time, I have my name on the Geran instead of hers because I am the one eligible to get a loan from the bank to pay for the house. Does it mean that my wife has full ownership of the house? Or do I have full ownership of the house?
