I have a Townhouse in Sri Hartamas to sell, anyone can advise me on the latest market price? I need the price for Bottom unit (rennovated), Upper unit (original) & price for 2 units sell together. TQ

My preliminary research shows that an upper floor basic unit is about RM600k while a renovated GF unit is RM700k plus. I am awaiting for further confirmation from valuers. Meanwhile, please email me your contact and property details to davidwong@quantumrealestate.com.my
