i have an apartment in Lagoon Perdana for sale..how do i list it in HomeGuru..is it neccesary to go through an agent or can i do it on my own..thank u..

Mr.Grewal,
From my understanding, HomeGuru listings are currently posted by agents. There is a yearly subscription fee charged for placing multiple listings into this portal. The owner are encouraged to appoint an agent to assist in the sale of the property as it will be more cost and time effective to market the property through different channels apart from Home Guru. Furthermore, the agent are usually trained to handle the whole process and documentation of each sale professionally.
