I have been very meticulously paying my Maintenance charges and sinking fund every month. However, the management has not being issuing the receipts until we ask for it. It takes about 1 to 2 months before they issue the receipts. At time they claim they have forgotten
What can I do so that they issue it in a timely manner.
I have refused to pay for this month until they issue last month's receipt. Can I do that
