I have booked a condo which is leasehold in Selangor. The developer wants a letter from land office consenting for me to purchase a bumi lot. I have bought properties before under bumi quota since I am recognised as a Bumi without needing a consent letter. How do I go about getting it. Is there a template application form for this. Thank you for your assistance
