I have bought two unit of Bangsar Trade Centre by Twin Pavillion One and a half years ago, I claim back the 1 st unit deposit because I found out they were not honest with the layout in their S&P.
My second unit was a business suite, the S&P and loan agreement was delayed due to some procedure matters, so it hold up to one and a half year. But I see no progress at all during this period, I called up every month to check until I got totally lost faith on it and decided to pull out from this unit as well, but this time was not that easy, I have went trough very harsh time and at the end I lost my 20k earnest deposit. I have consult relevant association. There are no laws or government protections for purchaser in commercial property, although our government don’t encourage for so high deposit, but still there are no legal way for us to get back the deposit, not even partially. I got so despondent and hope to seek advise here.
