I have informed the owner that I be away.
My housemate heard a leakage in my bathroom ( the water pressure in our place is quite high). To which, he informed the owner promptly. The owner then reached out to me to check the washroom which again, I have reminded that I am not in town and I have inquire the situation of the leakage as I have a lot of items.
Unfortunately no update provided by the owner or update from the housemate. So I assume that all is fine.
The moment I was back - the leakage was still going on and I have notify the owner again.
Which is he then mention that he cannot go into my room nonetheless so he left the leakage be.
Now he is asking me to pay for the high bill.
Is this even reasonable?
