I have inherited a piece of residential land in Datuk Keramat, Kuala Lumpur. Land size is approx. 4000 sq.ft. Currently having 1 old wooden house built in the 70's.
I am planning to sell this piece of land to buy other land in different state.
How much can I put the price for this piece of land and which agent can assist me for this transaction?
