i have one unit of property in Pulau Langkawi.The unit is above sea and fully furnished one bedroom Suite with Kitchen,bathroom and balcony.The size is 52 meter sq but can command a rate of RM1200.00 per night . It is being leased to Langkawi Lagoon Resort a 5 star hotel and resort at Padang Mat Sirat at a monthly rental of RM2,543.00 for a period of 10 years.Balance of years left is 7 years.The property was sold to me at RM450,000.00.Monthly repayment is RM45OO.00.Obviously, I cant make money with this investment.I decided to sell the property.But no local buyers interested to buy it.Can you advise me on how to get buyers from International Market? For your info,most of the units are bought by foreigners and VIPs.Latest valuation done by Valuer based in Kedah was RM550,000.00.
