I have purchased a SOHO in Cheras (nearby Leisure Mall)
According to S&P, the developer should surrender the unit to us in September 2016 but failed.
I have been following up with them on the status via calls and email. They replied by end of year will pass the unit but still no response.
Last visit to site was in June 2016 and I would expect this could lead to further delay.
As consumer, what is our right and what can we do against the Developer?
