I have rented a shoplot in Kuantan at a promo rate by developer. My online application for TNB meter keeps getting rejected reason being no stamp duty on the tenancy agreement. The agreement is for 1 year with RM100 rental per month. LHDN informed no need to pay so no stamping was done. So how can I apply for my TNB meter? Thanks!
