I have signed the booking form for a renting a shop. And paid one month money earnest deposit to the agent. Suddenly the landlord don’t want to rent to us cause he say he don’t agree our renovation in the shop and he willing to full refund the earnest deposit to us but not willing to compensate one month to us as we requested as a compensation for reject rent to us.
My question is: what can we do if the landlord insist not to compensate us??
