I have signed the VP. My SYABAS meter only installed 2 days after the VPed. Then i carried out functionality test to test their piping and I have spotted 2 leakage from incoming pipe to stopcock (located at porch). Btw I have 10 years experience in building construction as M&E engineer. Looking at their standard makes me realise, are the RE & RA blindli signed the inspection form?

Furthermore, 1 switch no live connection. For info the developer is SIME DARBY. Big company cheap maincon, stupid engineer.

May i know my right?
