I have TA stamped and paid stamp duty in the year 2011 for 3 years. After that by mutual understanding between Landlord and Tenant, it was extended every 2 years. Now we have extension from 2020 to 2022, can i stamp the letter with LHDN? And what will be my penalty on this. Please advise. Thank you
