I have taken VP of my condo but found that the common facilities are incomplete. But my developer argued that it is complete with certificate of completion.
However, I only got a certificate that mentions it is "adalah selamat dan layak untuk diduduki"

So this also covers the completion of common facilities?? Or should there be another certificate? Please advice. Thanks
