I heard foreigner cannot buy a cheap house in Malaysia every state. How much In Selangor foreigner can buy minimum price house?
My friend, she is a foreigner and a widow of Bumi, she is under applying PR. After getting PR she wants to apply Malaysia citizen qualification. Does she wait until getting Malaysia citizenship to buy a house as same price as Malaysians?
