I heard that the government is planning to build a world class oil and gas refinery in Pengerang. My dad has a land there in Kampung Jawa, Pengerang Johor. Land size is 2.8 acre. Im wondering what will be the next options with these latest news? I'm sure there will be alot of other developments around the area once the oil and refinery is build. Thanks.
