I intend to buy a second house directly from owner by cash with RM340K and I need the professional advise for below
1. Should I pay directly the deposit/booking 2 to 3 % to seller (owner) first ?
2. If the answer for above is NO. How and by when and who should I pay (or via Lawyer that I appoint ?)
3. The remaining of 90% payment will within 3 month until owner release the key right when all transfer process is in order right ?
4. Payment should direct to seller (owner) account or via lawyer account ?
