I just moved to apartment a month ago. Aircon, kitchen facility, cleaning service, nothing is fulfilled. I requested multiple times to fix, but they put me on hold for the whole month. They are violating contract. Can I tell the management company I will not pay the rent until they provide me everything promised on the contract?
