I just put a deposit on a SOVO unit and few days later, MCO 3.0 was implemented. The housing agent insisted i signed the booking form. However because of the MCO my concern is the S&P cannot be executed in stated time frame and the possibility of forfeiting the deposit is real. Please advice. Thank you in advance!
