I live in a guarded community (not gated and guarded). The developers have installed anti cut fencing around the perimeter (250m x 150m). My residential area is now under a registered Residential Society (all members are residents). The area is under MPKJ.
The Committee now wants to install barb wire across the perimeter. Question are :-
1. Do they need MPKJ's consent before installing barb wires (cost is fully absorbed by the Committee)
2. Does the property value drop because of installing barb wire because my perception is that when i see barb wire, it means prone to theft and moreover does give a sight like being in jail.
