I live in an individually titled (non-strata) gated & guarded development. Our Residents Association (RA) has been legally formed. But the developer is refusing to hand over the list of owners & their contact numbers to the RA. As such the RA cannot take over the management of the development from the manager, appointed by the developer, which is providing unsatisfactory service to the residents. What can the RA do (short of taking the developer to court) to force the developer to hand over the owners list to it? The RA cannot apply the protection provided by the Strata Titles Act.
