its not about developer change it. the bumi or non bumi was classified by land office referring to who is own the unit now. example: ahmad bought the house from developer under non bumi quota. since the property is a leasehold, so its automatically under bumilot. if its freehold, then it will be open title (for selangor/KL) Read More
