I own 1/16 of 2 shoplots in Penang(Malaysia) since 30 years long which present to me by my late father.
The properties were share among other 15 families member, i have been long waiting to get some benefit from my assets accordingly. I havent gain any revenue from both of the assets in some kind of rental form at all.
I considering to bring up the cases.and would.like.to request.all the beneficiary's to compensate me monthly related in my assts concern. Another option is to sell off my share to any of them who wish to occupy it.
I have not been working since last 2010.
