I own 50% of a property and due to various personal and practical reasons, I need to sell this but the other 50% purposely wanted to create problem for me by simply not agreeing to sell. Our ownerships are in ONE Master Title. This property is mortgage FREE and freehold.
I am old and want to make things easy for the next of kin/next generations . I was advised that I need to get a Court Order to sell served on the other 1/2 owner.
Can you recommend 2 or 3 competent practising lawyers in Wilayah Persekutuan, well versed in this type of case so that I can start discussing with them asap.
