I own a condo, which was brought on 1994, but, the strata title was registered under my nephew' name. For certain reason, I intend transfer my name to replace my nephew' name. I paid 100% this unit!. We, both are foreigner. Q-1: such transfer are legally viable? Q-2: whether attract RCGT? 5% or more. Q-3: The transfer shd be considered non sales transaction? Q-4: If attract RCGT, the calculation market price -say Rm430K or more? Q-5: another option, possible add on my name to the existing strata title? If approved, 2 name in the revised strata title, so, booth of us will be considered as joint owner? Thank you
