I own a house with joint name with my younger brother and my father. Recently, my younger brother bought another house and he want to transfer the name to my wife. I do not want to affect the existing loan. Can I add my wife name and remove my younger brother name from the strata title of my house now without affecting the loan? What the steps and charges of the adding name into the strata title?
