I paid 3% for booking with condition i have to move in or put my things 1st in the house coz i sold my own house. The agent said ok, But now the agent ask me to wait until 1month. Now i want to cancel the house and coz i got a house who agreed for my condition. Now my problem is how to take back my 3% booking money? Please advice. Tq
