I paid a 1% deposit to book a unit of condo (under-construction) using credit card, but my loan applications are rejected. How can I get back the deposit?

Mr Voon, normally for your case, just obtain a loan rejection letter from the bank u applied loan and give to developer then the 1% should be returned. Unless your IO did mention special clause like no refund upon cancellation of purchase for whatever reason or some developer do needs to show 3 banks rejection letters, etc. Good luck! Read More
