I paid ernest deposit to a condo rental and we are supposed to sign the rental agreement within 7 days of the booking form but was not done since the agent say to do it later. Past 2 weeks later there is some friction between the REN agent and myself regarding to some issue was promised verbally therefore I no longer wish to rent the property.
Question: Can I get back my ernest deposit as according to the booking form the date of agreement signing has lapsed and not fulfilled?
