I purchased a serviced apartment unit about 4.5 years ago and took the bumi discount which was about 5%. The sales agent informed me that since the unit is freehold and with a KL address I will not face an issue when I decide to sell esp. to a non-bumi buyer. Is this true? Is my unit automatically classified as bumi-lot since I opted for the discount? Where can I confirm this since this project only just VPed
