Asked by Mr. Kelvin Lim
I purchased a sub sale condominium recently with fully furnished condition. Received a call from my solicitor saying that the key is ready for collection, but I have to collect it at Vendor/Seller's solicitor firm. Since I'm heading over to Vendor's solicitor firm and I ain't aware what are the things that I need to check. I would appreciate if any GURU here can give me a helping hand on these. Do I need to make an arrangement with Vendor's solicitor to inspect the house as per the condition that I purchased at the first place? (This covers the furniture and etc) Other than inspection, perhaps I need to request a list of outstanding fee that the previous owner owing or that I need to commit? Any other thing?
