I received a letter from the developer saying the strata title is out. I have to do "transfer and charge" document according to the letter. The developer ask me to contact and gave me the solicitors contact. One is the "Transfer Solicitor" contact and the other one is the "Charge Solicitor" contact. My apartment is still on bank loan. Which lawyer do I need to call to execute the Transfer and charge documents? Must I call the Transfer Solicitor to do the transfer and the other solicitor to do the charge? Or anyone of the solicitor can do both transfer and charge? Appreciate if can share some advice.
