I recently moved out in December 2023 as my tenancy ended. My agent initially said would return my security and utility deposits as soon as possible. However, he ghosted me afterward. I don't have my landlord contact. What should I do?

You may check with the agent's agency. If there's no response, you may lodge a report to BOVEAP https://lppeh.gov.my/WP2016/
