i rent mt condo to agent. Then agent sublet the unit to 3rd party. I m aware of it bcoz I m not around to handle the tenant. Contract over already so decided not to rent out bcoz tenant has been slacking in payment,. Now problem is the agent doesnt want to pick up my call nor replying my msg. I have sent out notice to vacate my unit to agent in 7 days. What else can I do now?
