I rented a house with 1year aggrement and i paid rm2600+800+300 as deposit. The owner only want to return rm1000. He said he want to service the aircond, paint the house+sofa cleaning+ he want to change washing machine water pipe and kitchen hook only the light was worked when they gave but he want to charge for that to change new one. I dont know what to do.. This is completely not fair. Help me! I want to move to legal action.
