I’ve signed the SPA on 2018 but it was only completed on 2025 so I proceed to claim for LAD, and I found out that the developer had mortgaged the land and now they refused to provide me with the redemption letter. I had finished my deposit and the developer sent a notice demanding for full payment for the handing key process but it appears to be very unprofessional that I found out a lot of problems from their notices and clauses in SPA.is it possible for me to directly paid to the bank for the loan as payment for purchase price ? Or what would be the best solution for me
