I stay in a Rumah Selangorku high rise apartment. We have formed Persatuan Penduduk. Management applied formation of MC (therefore no JMB was formed ) . We have yet reached 20% individual strata transfer since vacant possession passed in 2019. Now, our condition are we don't have JMB to take care the residents `s interest , no audited account to view for nearly four years . Persatuan Penduduk asked for the audited accounts, but the management office refused to give . The reason not giving is audited account is very privacy and can not be given to Persatuan Penduduk publicly . I don't agree with the management . Persatuan Penduduk was formed by the residents who contribute the monthly maintenance fee. Why can't we view the audited account , to find out more how our contributions are spent . Please advise , how Persatuan Penduduk to get audited account from the management office. Thank you
