(i) To purchase affordable house in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur, is it compulsory to register with the respective Housing Board? Can I but the house from a property agent?
(ii) If a developer is selling affordable house in Selangor or KL, can he directly sell the house to the public or is it completely Selangor government's prerogative?
