I wanted to buy my first house, and now in the first stage - paying the booking fee to my property agent, however, I am wondering does the SST apply to the 3% of booking fee? As I know the 6% SST supposedly applied to the commission for the agent. But in my case, the commission 3% covered by the seller. Do I need to pay the SST in booking stage now?
