I would like to ask if I would like to buy a house which is near to LRT station and around 30 minutes to my office but the price is around RM 500K and another option is a house far from my office and no LRT station nearby and it cost around RM 400K. It is RM 100K different. I would like to ask opinion which house I should choose? I hope to get some valuable opinion. Thanks
