I would like to ask the legal fees for Perfection of Transfer. My SPA price is RM 76,000 (auction) . Deed of assignment done. In your column the rate I pay is between 25% to 50% of the full rate. In this case the full rate is RM 760. Which is the correct calculation 25-50% of RM 760 payable (minimum RM 200 -380) or 25% discount of RM 760 (760-190=RM 570) or 50% discount of RM 760=RM 380.
